    Help with error:  E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY_OR_PKCS12

      I keep getting the "bad device" message each time I try to open a downloaded library book. 


      I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and this did not fix the problem.  I'm using a MAC, OS 10.1 with all updates.  There was a problem with my appleID recently and we had to reset my keychain, however the "cloud" keychain was not affected.  I'm not certain if this would have an effect on ADE, but obviously something is wrong. 


      What do I do now?
