I have a Mac and was advised that Adobe Connect works best in Google Chrome. Therefore, I am using Google Chrome to run Adobe Connect meets with my students. In the middle of the sessions, every time, my Chrome crashes and I have to get back into the session. I have the latest connect add-in and my browser tests fine. I also tried using Adobe Connect in Safari and it crashed as well.connectiontest.jpg

Any ideas on what I should do?

I would start by verifying you have the most current Add-In. If the Add-in is crashing, the problem is likely not browser related as they all use the same Add-in.

The most current version of the Add-in can be found here: Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates

Try uninstalling the Add-in and then reinstalling it. Maybe something got corrupted in the Add-in.

Ok, thank you. Just uninstalled and reinstalled. Will see if that works and post an update.
