I am a student from Savannah College of Art and Design and I saw there was a one-year plan with free using Adobe APPs.
I asked a redemption code of Adobe on January, but the creative cloud seemed had a problem that I couldn't open it. So I left this problem for several months.
But now I need using lots of softwares from Adobe then I need to solve the problem.
After update the Creative Cloud it could be use, but all of the software from the cloud are trail version that could only use 30 days.
I tried to use my code to check, but the system said the code has been redeemed. But when I go to my account, there already has a "Student and Teacher edition" plan. I feel it should be works but it only provide me trail version for 30days.
I guess might be there is no "Activated Devices" in my account but I am not sure. I upload two related snapshots for this problem as below.
I don't know what should I do now. I ask for help.

There is no FREE Cloud, but it seems you are talking about a Cloud subscription provided by your school
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
