Can you please post a screenshot of your timeline ?
Do check whether your audio track is muted or not by looking it in the Expert view in the Audio track.
Also, once you have exported your clip, drop it into Premiere Elements and check whether there is any audio associated with it or not ?
Also, what player are you playing our MP4 with? Windows Media Player can have trouble with some files.
Try downloading the excellent VLC Media Player and playing the MP4 in it.

Uhm the program just did wierd stuff, so I went crazy and reinstalled it.
Now It sort of just totally works with no problem,
Could it be a bug or something?
That might be better to deal with another thread. After we get your initial issue resolved. It's very difficult to chase two separate issues at the same time.
