Use the white balance eyedropper tool (?). It's difficult to understand what you are seeing. Do you have an image you can share that has the problem?
Are you shooting RAW images or JPGs?
First thing to do is set the camera to capture more natural colors, Set the White Balance properly for the scene.
Use Local Adjustment Tools- Gradient Filter, Brush, Radial Filter. (Global WB will affect whole image)
Create Custom WB presets in the Tool panel, that neutralize your problem areas.
