I've been unable to purchase a single image for a few days now. When I click the button to purchase the image, I get a prompt that says, "Good News! We noticed you already have a Creative Cloud subscription. Here are your upgrade options." But there are no upgrade options. Then I tried to purchase the 10 images per month option (even though I didn't want it), I received the same message. I really need this image, the brochure I'm working on needs to go to the printer by the end of the week. Do you know when this bug will be fixed?
We are aware of the issue and have reported the same to the engineering team. We don't have an ETA at the moment but the fix is in the testing phase so will update you when we have more information.
I've granted you some free licenses for your trouble. You should see an image count in the nav bar the next time you sign into Adobe Stock. We hope to have a fix very soon. Thank you for your patience.
