First, make sure your app is 100% up-to-date. Second anytime you have display problems purge cash using the edit menu.

Hi, unfortunatelly the same thing is still happening. I have most up-to-date AE and I purged the cache...
Restarting program and purging cache result in good preview (so your advise is partially correct) but after exporting movie to mp4 I get corrupt file.
The worst is that it is totally random and unpredictable. To be more precise with my project:
I have motion blur and collapse transformation and echo enabled on all my precomps with time displacement.

Render your video from After Effects as a QuickTime with the PNG codec. Then take the resulting .MOV into the Adobe Media Encoder to make your MP4.
