If your AE is updated, a sniffer code like that is usually something that happens when CUDA drivers are present with an AMD card. See this page for how to fix it: Avoid installing NVIDIA CUDA drivers on computers with AMD GPUs
What exact AE version number are you trying to run?
Thanks for your answer but as I said it's brand ew and I did not installany CUDA drivers or anything else, just as it comes from factory, I also checked all the folders looking for that CUDA files but nothing there.
There must be something else.
Did you migrate anything onto that system, like your user account? I've seen that cause similar issues. If not, what does the exact text of the error message say and at what point does it show up? Also, version number of AE you're trying to run would be helpful.
No, I just bought the iMAC ( first I have ) made my itunes account and installed AE CCv.12. All I found in the internet is about the CUDA, nothing else, but I really don;t have any drivers installed. Or at least I don't see them.
Update AE. If you insist on running version 12, you should be on 12.2.1.
But seriously, you shouldn't be running version 12 at all. You should be running either 13.2 (the latest update to CC 2014) or 13.7.1 (the latest update to CC 2015).
