I'd like to know if it's possible to preview multiple cameras simultaneously?
There's two cameras in my 3D timeline, and I can of course see both of them simultaneously – for instance selecting "2 views - horizontal" in the viewer. However, preview plays only one camera, and I would need to preview (moving image) both cameras simultaneously, side by side.
Would this be possible?
Thanks in advance!
No, and only the Active camera will render. If you have more than one camera the active camera is the one on top.
You can only preview one view at a time, BUT, you could duplicate your comp, change which camera is on top in both comps (cam 1 on top in one and cam 2 on top in the other) and drop both of them in a comp that's twice as wide as your regular compositions are. It's not ideal, but it would work.
Thank you for so fast replies!
I made the duplicate comp and dumped them into a twice as wide comp. That works! However, there are multiple pre-comps with nested expressions that makes it quite laborious (referring to right comps/layers/...).
