It's a shocking service, but here we are.
I have three users 2 with CC All Apps, 1 with photoshop.
They are working and the licenses are showing as assigned in the "Manage your team" page.
A further 9 who have been assigned Acrobat DC licenses are still showing pending, 4 of them are signed in and working.
Anyone else seeing this?
Also, Acrobat is packaged using the CC Packager, why when I send an invite to a user, does it appear as a link to "download" DC - what is the point?

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

SO after a chat session we worked out the users hadn't clicked the activate subscription link.
Ran through that with a couple of them and all was well.
I have to say it harks back to a poorly worded email received by the users when you as an admin send an invite.
Download Acrobat Pro DC isn't helpful when all you want is them is to create an ID and accept and activate an assignment.
