Hej Har just installerat indesign men programmet är jätte slött när jag öppnar ett dokument eller ska jobba med dokument eller infoga.
Har varit i kontakt med tel.support som bara talar engelska och det har tagit mg 2 tim utan att problemet är löst.
Har avinstallerat och installerat på nytt utan resultat.
Vad gör jag nu?
Hi just installed indesign but the program is really slow when I open a document or will work with documents or insert.
Have been in contact with phone support which only speaks English and it's taken mg 2 hours and the problem is solved.
Have uninstalled and installed again without result.
What do I do now?
This is probably due to InDesign trying to connect to a remote network, possibly a Creative Cloud library.
I would make sure that you are updated to the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app (menu bar on Mac or task bar in Windows). Updates to that app have improved the handling of CC libraries which, as Peter has pointed out, can slow down InDesign.
