Hmmmm.... A couple of questions:
Which version of Draw are you using?
Did you just install it for the first time? Or have you been using it for awhile?
I'm thinking you may need to delete and reinstall the app, but I don't want you to do that if you have work on there that might not have synced yet, so let me know.
Thanks. I'm using version 3.2.1
The odd thing is that none of the adobe mobile apps allow me to access photos from the ipad or camera. It will allow me to access images from adobe creative cloud so it seems like it is a setting in my ipad, but there is no option to allow any of these apps to access photos or the camera, nor did i get a pop-up to go to the settings to allow access.
I just installed it a few days ago on my new iPad Pro, but I had used it on an older ipad for some time.
Thanks for your help - I'm stumped
It is really odd. Especially if it's happening on all your apps. Can you try uninstalling, restarting your iPad, and then reinstalling the app? (Just make sure your work is synced; log in to http://assets.adobe.com (My Assets - Mobile Creations - Draw).
While you're doing that, I'm going to drop a note to the product team.
Thank you! I'll re-install all apps now.
Sui - I just re-started my iPad and it prompted me photo access. It works now - thank you! I can't believe I didn't think of that earlier.
Thanks so much for your help!
You know... when something really isn't working, a restart just seems like a "too simple" solution. I'm glad it's working. I still am not quite sure why it would occur across all of the apps though.
Let me know if you have any more trouble with it.
