According to chat support, my only options are to pay $29.99 per month for the next year for a service I'm not going to use once, or pay $149.99 to cancel? As a student, either option isn't really financially viable and I'm pretty disappointed with the overall situation. I could understand getting charged for a month or something since I should have looked better at the fine print, but those two options above are a huge amount of money to a student who is working part-time jobs to pay for school tuition. Do I have any other options?
