So frustrated! How do I talk to a live person? The website just takes me in circle. Recently, my InDesign has stopped working properly. I can't use any of my tools.For example, if I want to use my selection tool, I have to hit Esc V. I tried to do updates and I get an error message "There was an error downloading. Please quit and try again. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still is not fixed. I need help please.
Start by telling us what version of InDesign you're using? Did you download it from the Creative Cloud desktop app (menu bar on Mac, task bar in Windows)? What operating system?
