I am just letting you know the whole thing has stopped working. When I double click the application nothing happens. This indicates Adobe do not test their software before releasing it.
Kindly Remove Creative Cloud app and Adobe Application manager using -
Install Creative Cloud app- https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html
Thank you for your response. In the meantime, i contacted Adobe Tech Support and they took over my machine and sorted the issue, possibly by following your steps. Now, when launched, the CC app runs from a small cloud icon in the Title bar of the Mac OS.
