Thank you Chetna,
I will read your suggest link. I tried the Preference /reset, I pushed the button Rest all developed settings. Nothing happened.
Reset all develop settings must have reset the settings.
When you activate adjustment brush, moving sliders does not have a direct impact on the image.
You need to first set the sliders, adjust the size of the brush and paint with the brush on the image on the area on which you want to apply those adjustments and that would reflect in history.
Here is the tutorial for adjustment brush : Adjustment Brush: the basics | Adobe Photoshop Lightroom CC tutorials
If you want to adjust the values for the complete image, then you should access the sliders under Basic Panel and not through adjustment brush.
I appreciate your time. The Tutorial was good but it said nothing about the reset you referred to. I know how it works when it works....it does not work.
I went to the Graduated filter adjustment, that worked. Deleted that work and went back to the Adjustment brush. While playing with the sliders again the brush started to work again. Don't know why will not question or complain.
