Please restart your device, then check if there is any update available for the Acrobat Program please install it.

bbut the Adobe reader installed is recent one with 16.04.05. So it's not showing any update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the same for two times. Also the ipad iOS is also updated and formatted. Yet no change. Plz suggest another remadey.

Acrobat version 16.05.04 is the decent one from 30 march

Please check is this happening with all the documents or with this certain one.
Also the application using which the document was originally created.
Yes this happening with all such documents. The PDFs file was and is used
with acrobat Adobe only.
Tried in another PDFs reader it does not have any problem at all.
