Which version of Lightroom are you using?
What exactly do you mean by "Why cant I see all of my catalogues on both computers? "
Where is your catalog stored ?
The only way to see all your catalogs on both computers is to copy all of them from one computer to the other. LR is not Network friendly. The catalog file has to be on a drive that is connected directly to each computer, internally or externally. You can't access and open catalogs across a network.
One note though. You should only have one catalog. Having more than one catalog is counter productive to how LR works. If you want to separate images by date, place, persons name and or into other sub categories you can do that with folder structure on your drive, Keywords inside LR or collections inside LR.
This makes sense. I do only have one catalogue. I was thinking that since I have adobe CC, that both computers would have the same access to lightroom. Similar to the way LR mobile works.
Creative Cloud is just a Name. It has nothing to do with Cloud storage or accessing the program from the internet (other than downloading the install files from the Adobe internet servers) or syncing multiple installs of any Adobe software program from one computer to another.
Although supposedly you can upload your preferences to the Adobe servers and download them to another computer. I've tried that and never got it to work. For my notebook install of PS to be the same as my desktop install of PS I have to manually copy settings and other user preset file from one to the other.
