I have an indesign document that has been created under Mac and needs to be edited in windows. I can open the file in windows, then I need to change the font from Helvetiva to Liberation Sans. But I can only edit page 1, but not the other sites. Does anyone know the problem?
You can find the file in my dropbox:
Everything is on a master page.
Pages 2 to the end have copy coming from a Master Page (see the letter B on the page thumbnail for page 2, for example).
If you want to edit that copy, you need to override it by holding down Cmd + Shift and clicking (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift and clicking (Windows).
That's a poor use of master pages. Normally, you shouldn't have to override much copy coming from a master page. Only repetitive elements like headers, footers, page numbers are placed on a master page.
