AE will work in float, 32bit. AE can use LUT's. You can custom calibrate your monitor with 3rd party software and hardware and AE will recognize those settings and that color space. To learn all about AE's color management type "color management" in the search help field at the top right corner to learn how to use color management. As far as AE having a built in LUT or direct support for 2020 colorspace the answer is no. According to the latest info that I have read there are no monitors that support 2020 yet either. About the only thing you could do right now would be to set up your own LUT or try and find one. I think Divinci has a 2020 LUT and can add the appropriate metadata to a render.
