Just make sure that whatever graphic you want to use is already in your Project Assets before you begin your Motion Tracking.
Once you're in the Motion Tracking workspace, the Project Assets panel will appear in the upper RIGHT of the interface, and you can drag any graphic, video clip or pre-created title onto your Motion Track.
Thanks, this tells me how to incorporate my own graphics, but what about motion titles. Is there a way to incorporate those?
If you create a motion title on your timeline and then delete it from your timeline, it should remain in your Project Assets so that you can use it with a Motion Track.
