Can you provide an image number? Also the method you are using to open them.
For example trying to open and resize a .ai file in photoshop or any other program will be likely bad quality. If it is an .ai file that is giving you the trouble you must open it in Adobe Illustrator or other Illustrator compatible app.
Good morning, Brad,
Thanks for your response. I appreciate it!
The image numbers are: 92034574, 80178810, & 66668692. After the image has downloaded, I've gone into the folder and double clicked to open so I can view them. I haven't even gotten to a point of changing the images.
Even in the folder the images are colored out or fuzzy. For example, 92034574, this image has a lavender background, so in the folder view the majority of the image is lavender. The image 66668692 is pixelated, almost the an old fashion television screen with the sideways, zigzagged lines across half the photo.
Can you t take some screenshots of what you are seeing? I just licensed and downloaded them and they are fine.
Perhaps you are downloading the low res versions?
Follow the steps in these screenshots to download: I've downloaded my 10 free images and they all have the Adobe watermark on them, so I can't use them. Why do they have a watermark on them?
Great!! That all helped and everything is coming through clear and perfect now. Your advice and shared link was extremely helpful. I appreciate that you took the time to help me with my issue. Have a wonderful Sunday!
No problem. I am glad you have it solved and I hope you enjoy using Adobe Stock in the future. Good luck with your projects. :-)
