Can someone tell me why I cannot download the Adobe Flash player for OSX? I get an error message from the Adobe site that says:

413

Header length too large.

I have tried using several different browsers with the same result.

ALSO...is there any way if I am a Adobe CC subscriber to get direct assistance from Adobe without having to use their awkward help structure?

Thank you!

I still receive the same error message, i.e.

413

Header length too large.

Hi,

Please clear the browser cache, or delete all *.adobe.com items from the browser cache.

Cleared everything except cookies and site preferences, restarted Firefox and still the same error.

Hi,

I'm sorry, I forgot to include cookies in my previous post.  Please delete the *.adobe.com cookies, at minimum, and the download should work.

Isn't it unusual for software to request cookies to be deleted prior to a

third party software install? Some of those cookies are important.

Hi,

The issue is caused by too many *.adobe.com sites setting cookies resulting in too many *.adobe.com cookies being saved/existing.   This issue has been raised internally, but I do not know if/when it'll be fixed.  The workaround is to delete the *.adobe.com cookies.
