I am a new Adobe Stock user and I faced a similar situation to the forum post detailed here:
I was attempting to change the save location of the adobe stock to my creative cloud drive and not my computer. I don't know what happened, but rather than change the location, the browser refreshed and said I purchased it. Which I did not download or intend to use. The ID for the item is 88829678.
