After a time I am unable to open my apps- I see them in the creative cloud but clicking does nothing. I have also noticed that with some the option to click open is gone, and they are no longer to be found on the system.
This is the second computer I have installed apps on, one at my apprenticeship place of work and one at home. Why can't I access this software?
Log out of your Cloud account... Restart your computer... Log in to your paid Cloud account
-If you have more than one email, but sure you are using the one linked to your subscription
