Very confusing and misleading if I understand correctly.
If you look here:
It literary states that the Adobe Portfolio is included with the product you buy.
When you log into your account to manage your Adobe Portfolio (previously Adobe Prosite SEE!!! ---> Behance) you still see the product Behance Prosite.
Ok so here is the problem:
I have to UPDATE/BUY to use the Adobe Portfolio in order to use it. BUT it is or should be part of the Student & teachers Creative Cloud product you own.
My main complaints:
- Mail support is saying educational product is only desktop apps BUT see above URL
- Mail/Forum support can't seem to understand correctly what the real issue is and/or fix it
- There is no technical phone helpdesk for this
So please what would be more productive solution??
Are you paying through your school/Org or with Adobe direct? There are many types of student/teacher accts, so if you reach out to help.behance.net, we can take a look at what you have an see what we can do!
I have the same problem and it's been very frustrating to get an answer. I pay a student/teach CC subscription through my school... but when I try to publish my page in Portfolio it keeps prompting me to purchase it... even though Portfolio is meant to be part of CC.
if you reach out to our team at help.myportfolio.com we can help get it sorted out.
Depending on your school's agreement, services like Portfolio may not be included, but we can help you get stuff sorted out at help.myportfolio.com.
Did you ever get a satisfactory response to this?
We are having the same issue and the Adobe licencing is a veritable minefield!
Kind regards ,
