We're sorry, but it's not possible to get access to your account once it has been closed.
That totally sucks - they should have warned us - i was also quite annoyed to have lost all of that....
Thank you for your quick reply, but I can only say that if DPC was already part of Adobe, I do not understand that do not make an effort not to hurt this way to its customers. I understand that technically will not be so difficult, and should have a backup of an account transferred a couple of days ago.
PLEASE give me a solution. The losses caused by this problem far exceed the cost of subscription for several years.
Tell me something, I'm desperate with this situation.
There was no reason for Adobe to do this. They could simple have announced that DPC would close down in a year's time and we would need to use up any credits by then. Instead they gave us a two-week deadline and misled us into believing our accounts would be "migrated", instead of which we simply got a transfer of credits and a mid-transfer pop-up insisting that we subscribe immediately at $9.99 or lose the chance for good. Even worse, if you accepted that offer and don't cancel before the 13th month kicks in at $29.99 you'll be stuck with it, or required to pay $180 to cancel. Ugh.
Really I expected much more from Adobe. This response is something we already know, what is demanded is a small effort to enable that account DPC for a few hours at least. I do not know if you have seen all messages, but this means losing me a lot of money on projects that had based my galleries DPC ... and you do not even give a clear explanation, or at least apologize.
Greetings, and would still retain some hope.
