I am using the Fill & Sign tool to place a signature on my document. I see the signature as it is being dragged into place but it will not save or paste to the document. It worked perfectly yesterday but I downloaded an upgrade and now it doesn't work and it's critical to my business. Any idea if I have to change a setting or re-set something after the upgrade? I tried uninstalling the upgrade but it won't uninstall. Thanks.

If you are on Windows OS, open Acrobat, navigate to Help menu & repair the installation.
Would like to know is this happening with all documents or with certain document.
Please check with the different user account with admin rights to replicate the issue .
Thank you. It is happening to all documents and unfortunately that didn't work. I think I've figured out a work around by signing using a certificate. Hopefully that doesn't change on me as well.
