I am on an iMac running El Capitan 10.11.4. All of my apps are up to date, yet they will not open. The icons just bounce in the dock. A control-click give me "Application Not responding" and then I have to force quit. I have restarted my computer several times, but this did not help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the application. Someone please help!!!
Please Force Quit all Adobe related processes which are Creative Cloud, CoreSync, CCLibrary, CCXProcess, Adobe CEF Helper, Adobe Desktop Services, Adobe IPC broker, Adobe Crash Daemon from Activity Monitor in Mac. Then, launch Creative Cloud Desktop Application and sign in again.
