1. Un-install “Adobe Creative Cloud“ using generic un-installer. This will not remove your installed adobe apps (Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop applic... )
2. After successful un-installation, download “Creative Cloud” installer from: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Free Adobe C...
3. Launch the installer to install “Adobe Creative Cloud” again.

Hi Rohit, I have the same problem. I uninstalled the app creative cloud. Then downloaded it to reinstall. But the app doesn't run. I don't know why.
I have uninstalled over and over and over. It still crashes at 2%. SO NOT GOOD. On a deadline! Are there other solutions besides uninstalling and re-downloading Creative Cloud Installer??
I've been having the same issue, but the uninstaller isn't working on my mac (just does nothing). Is there anywhere to try re-downloading the uninstaller for mac?
