I have a Creative Cloud photography subcription but I am unable to access Lightroom web version. I go to https://lightroom.adobe.com and sign in, but lightroom does not load. I click the "Try on the Web" button but the page just reloads. This is the page I am seeing:
The Photos menu is not clickable, despite the fact that I have synced photos that I can see in the Lightroom desktop and mobile apps.

Have you tried a different browser?
Lightroom for Web will only show your Synced collections.Have you synced images from Desktop/Mobile Lightroom?
First make sure you have synced images and then check if that helps.See How to sync Lightroom desktop and the Lightroom mobile app
