Could you try to re-sign-in via the Creative Cloud app preferences. Quit Lr Desktop, re-sign-in via the CC app and restart LrD afterwards. - Guido
Unfortunately, it doesn't work.
I don't understand because it seems that the sync is working: from the iPad, it has created on Lr desktop the "Da Lr mobile" collection, empty because there nothing on the iPad as it's new.
But if I try to make a collection to sync in the opposite direction, I can't see the function (see image below).
Could you send me a LR Desktop diagnostig log - best as a private message with a downloadable dropbox link.
You can trigger the log via LR Desktop preferences -> Lightroom Mobile and when you hold down the alt key you will notice a generate diagnostic log button
Btw. When you open up the Lr preferences->Lightroom Mobile what it the Account Status your are seeing there? Have you restarted Lr Desktop after the CC-resign-in?

I made everything you say but it didn't work at the beginning. Of course: I was tempting to sync the WRONG catalogue.

Hi, I'm having problems trying to get my Lightroom to sync to mobile.
I'm signed in, I've clicked the Identity plate at the top, it doesn't say anything next to the sync settings, if I click it 'start' appears, if I click start it says sync is on, but nothing happens. When I try to create a Collection, the sync to Lightroom Mobile checkbox isn't there.
I've tried signing in and out of Lightroom on both my desktop and mobile, I've created new catalogs with just one image in, tried syncing it and then creating a collection, I've looked to see if there is a sync file in the app data folder (it's empty) none of which have worked and I'm running out of ideas.
Wonder if you're able to help at all?

Hi, I seem to have the same problem where I can sync with Lightroom CC with Lightroom Mobile. The create collections does not seem to have the sync with Lightroom mobile check box. Yes I have tried logging off and signing in from the CC app. Any other ideas?
Well it appears I wrote the wrong thing, it was meant to say I can not Sync with LR mobile......
