Images coming in too large on some computers but not others

I have InDesign CC2015 running on my 2010 MacBook Pro and on the computers in our teaching lab (which are a lot newer--we replaced them last summer). I have a series of images that are 640 x 1136 (I believe that's iPhone 5 size). I'm creating a document that exact size in InDesign and placing images into it. When I do that on my laptop, the image fills the screen, which is what I want it to do. When I do the exact same thing on our lab computers, the images come in at what looks to be at least 3 or 4 times that size, and incredibly pixelated. The images are jpgs. I'm importing the exact same images, from the exact same dropbox folder on all computers. There must be a setting somewhere that's different but I just can't find it. Has this happened to anyone else? Any idea what I can do to fix it?
