When I import my Adobe Premiere file into After Effects, the "Adobe Dynamic Link" file get this strange lower quality output (see image)

Picture link since adobe preview doesn't make easier to spot the differences: http://cl.ly/3p3C2J3Z2A0x/Screen-Shot-2016-04-13-at-8.09.48-p.m..jpg

I have no idea why this is happening, but in Adobe Premiere the video looks fine, while in After Effects it looks quite smudged. Any idea?
