Effects from the Foundry are not part of the AE package, they never have been. If you want effects from the Foundry you have to buy them.
After Effects comes with Camera Tracker, an easy to use camera tracking solution, Motion tracking, which tracks individual details based on groups of pixels not based on points, Corner Pin tracking, which tracks four corners of polygon shapes based on the detail in the corners, Motion Stabilizing, which will lock a tracked portion of the screen into position, Warp Stabilizer, which will smooth out some hand held shots but not all, and Mocha, which is a very robust planar tracker.
It's important to know that not all shots are suitable for tracking. Some shots cannot be tracked with any software. AE will handle most tracking jobs if the shot was planed and executed with the limitations of the tracking method in mind. If you know how to use the trackers and you shoot accordingly AE will handle the work without problems.
yes i know that
some shots tracke perfectky in AE or some in foundry tracker
i was talking that foundry tracker plugin for AE is no longer available for cc2015
I have been wondering the same exact thing. This is the only thing stopping me from fully using CC2015.
Do you guys happen to mean, "Mocha AE"? Because NO Foundry Camera Tracker has ever been bundled with AE.
I'm aware that it is a 3rd party plugin that is not shipped with AE. I just thought someone may know some inside scoop on why they did not release a version that is compatible.
same concern here. i also posted in the foundry forums, but there is just a laconic reply that camera tracker will work only with AE CC 2014. i suggest you to post a request for an update as well over there. link: The Foundry Community :: Forums :: AE2015 support
I would like that to be an option too. it was a very useful tracker, much more robust than Ae's 3D Camera Tracker and a decent way to get complex 3d tracking done while remaining in Ae. I have tried contacting the foundry but got no response. seems there are a few troubles there also with keylight as I have seen users here posts problems with the latest release and not response from the foundry as well. hey... maybe Boris FX will buy them too and fix what needs to be fixin' News: Boris FX and GenArts Announce Significant Merger of Industry-Leading Visual Effects Software Companies : Adobe Aft…
