    FW8 Startup error XML

    Level 7
When I start FW 8, I'm seeing this error in the dialog box:

Problem loading the content XML. You have requested a language ('en') which
does not have any available content...

What is this error and how do I fix it. Seems that FW is acting a bit
      erratically...

Did you have any luck with this? This just started happening to me today or
yesterday, and I've not changed anything at all.

          I'm on FW8 on an iMac G5.

Just started happening to me to. No, no luck. Don't know what the cause
            might be.

It just occurred to me it's probably the the "daily" content it gets from
              Adobe servers.

Is this a portending of the imminent demise of Fireworks?

I hope not. That would be moronic. Fireworks has more flexibility and better
                compression that ImageReady.

Agreed. I've been using FW since 1997-98, whenever v1 came out. It runs
circles around ImageReady. I've tried many times and just can't even make
sense of the IR workflow. Everything takes too many clicks, if you can find
                  it at all.

I hope the get the news thingy figured out!
