I have the same problem, but didn´t changed anything on my system.
You can try two things here.
1.Sign out and sign in from the Creative cloud desktop app.
2. Reset host file on Mac, refer: Messed Up Hosts? How to Restore the Original Default /etc/hosts File in Mac OS X

same problem here...and also login into mobile device and sync isn't working. I would assume it is a more general problem with the adobe systems/Servers
The URL https://api-lr.adbecrsl.com/ uses a root certificate which has expired.
Try to connect manually to the above URL - then you will get an error message about trusting the connection.
Then you may inspect the certificates. Set the expired certificate to "Always trust" and all will work again.
Check the certificates. The fault is on Adobe's side.
thanks...will test this once I am back at my mac....but the ios devices also not working...cant even login into lightroom mobile on my iphone (and iapd as well)
