So we have hit week 9.... Correct ... week 9. I wrote to the support center and the same old ...same old. They can do nothing but they will inform FlashBuilder support. Let me see week 9 that is more than 2 months of no support .... why do I pay for support? What support? Do I get 2 months of money back? Actually I would like some kind of compensation, I think it is fair.
So the question is how does one get support on the support line?
