Error 1067 is generally an issue with your login state. You should try these steps:
- Quit Adobe XD.
- Run the Adobe Creative Cloud app from your Applications folder (or click on the Creative Cloud icon in your menu bar if it’s already running).
- Click the gear icon in the upper right and choose “Preferences…”
- Click the “Sign Out” button.
- After signing out, sign back in again.
- Restart Adobe XD and try sharing again.
Let us know if this fixes your problem!
BTW, there's a troubleshooting post you can refer to here: Troubleshooting sharing errors in Adobe XD
thank u for respond, but it's not worked :/
every time I try to save ==> "The document “appDesign.xd” could not be saved. "
my design document size is 33 mb and 23 pages :/
Saving shouldn't be a problem with a file of that size; I've actually saved files in the hundreds of MBs. Have you tried a Save As instead of a Save?
Elaine thank u but it have a big problem
I try a save as : not worked.
I made a new project and copy - paste old project : not worked.
if I do 24 pages, it's not saved but if I do 23 pages, yes it's saved. But my project is min. 25 pages
what the problem ?
I was just able to save 24 artboards just fine... how complex is your doc? Can you send me a copy of your saved file with 23 artboards?
I think I've solved the problem.
My document was 33 mb and 23 artboards.
I deleted the linked files and add 20 artboards (total 53 artboards and 5 mb.) it's do it.
I think this problem is linked file. But this file is not broken.
Glad you got it sorted out! Strange that it would have issues, though; I have some very large files that are above 33MB and have had no problems. Let us know if it comes up again!
