    Activating Adobe Cloud


      This has happened twice now and I do not understand why.  I recently updated my Adobe Cloud applications, which took some jumping through hoops to accomplish. Now, again, I cannot sign in to Adobe Cloud. I do NOT get the sign in window as I am supposed to upon launching the application. Is there a glitch in the system?
