Your issue might be caused by the following:
- You are running on O.S 10.9 or earlier. If so you can upgrade to 10.10 or 10.11
- Your language preference in your Creative Cloud app is French. If so, a workaround is to set it temporarily to English. (Go to Preferences -> Creative Cloud -> Apps tab -> App language option)
I also cannot find Experience Design in the Creative Cloud desktop app. I am running Mac OS 10.11.4, US edition.
When I select Download from the Experience Design CC (Preview): Get started page, it downloads CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg, promising "once you sign in, Experience Design CC (Preview) will download." I have now downloaded the installer several times, have Creative Cloud open and am signed in. Experience Design CC has not downloaded, and I see no place in any of the desktop app tabs (Hoe, Assets, Stock, Community) where I can download Experience Design.
If you are a CCE customer your Admin can restrict access to apps. Maybe this is your case?
If you are the admin then this link might be useful for you, it contains information on how to enable the Applications Tab: XD not downloading; no Apps panel in CC app
