Hi There, I just checked with DPC and I had migrated when they asked me to, however I could not see my downloads on my Adobe stock account.
Can you help with this please.
There are no downloads on the Adobe ID used to post on the forum. I've sent you a private message to request additional information.
I'm having the same problem. I reset my password on DPC and I can login with it there. But when I try to migrate my photos, Adobe tells me my username or password are incorrect. Can you send me a PM to clear this up,
Looking at your account I can see that 99 credits were migrated on 14th April and you've signed up for the Stock subscription (10 images/month).
Do you think that you still have DPC credits to migrate?
the credits are not the problem, those were transferred. None of the images
I bought were transferred though, there should be about 38 or so I think.
