I have just been working on a file all day and as I wanted to export it as a PDF InDesign crashed and it's not letting me open the file anymore...
When I open the file it asks me if I want to recover the file, I tried all the option and as soon as I clic on one the program shuts down and tells me the program shut down unexpectedly...
Did this happen to anyone before?
PLEASE SAVE ME this was a really important file!!!
The recovery data is probably damaged, and deleting it should allow you to open InDesign normally, then use the File menu to open the last saved version of your file. See InDesign crashes upon launch while attempting to recover a damaged document
Please email your InDesign file to firstname.lastname@example.org and I will take a look at the document.
If the file is larger than 10 Mb, you can zip (and password protect) the file and upload to Creative Cloud account (or Dropbox) and send us the document link.
