Do you have a subscription to Acrobat?
Or is this a subscription to the web based conversion service?
Yes, I have subscription to Acrobat
Then I would use the "Acrobat" tab in Word or make sure I have Acrobat opened and then use the "Create from file" in Acrobat.
Most computers also have Adobe Reader installed and the newer versions now come with a link to fee based web services that can convert Word and other files to a PDF.
