Hello Adobe Community, I've been using Adobe Creative Cloud solutions since February.
I subscribed the Anual Photography Plan, monthly paid.
From what I've could understand it should give me access to lightroom and photoshop with no limitations, I can use the lightroom mobile with no problems at all, but in my desktop I'm having some troubles with expiration dates. I've downloaded the apps through creative cloud tab but they started counting the evaluation period, and now that 30 days are passed, I can't access into lightroom in my mac. Any helps are welcome, thanks ! !
Have you Signed In using the same Adobe ID, Email address and password, you used to buy the photographers subscription plan?
If you have check that and then Sign Out and Sign back in.
Yes I did, I already reached Adobe Technical Support Team, they've been quite helpful.
Seems it was an error hosts files, they provided me with a cleaner tool that fixed the issue. Thanks !
