I am wondering how Adobe would put up with this problem ... .AND I am referring particularly to FlashBuilder support (other Adobe Department support are amazing).
It is now week 10 and no support. This is a product which I pay for support.... and not a word. How on earth does one get support.
The support website say they cannot help me and will email FlashBuilder support. After 4 weeks they tell me to write a complaint letter .... Which did nothing.
After 7 weeks they tell me to come to the forum and complain about the service ... ... WHICH OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT WORK!!!
