I installed ADE years ago and activated with an e-mail from a now former employer.
I receive "your password is incorrect" message when I attempt to erase the authorization.
I don't have access to the email account anymore (the company is out of business), so I can't reset the password.
I don't mind losing my old content.
I would REALLY like to be able to access the $100 of content I purchased today. I'd be pretty happy to just be able to read it only once!
I tried un-installing and re-installing, but it retains the "obsolete" authorization information. If I could change computer settings so that it does a "clean reinstall" I could authorize with my current information and access my content. Perhaps there's a more elegant work around...I'm open to suggestions.
Many Thanks!
