Changed PC without deactivating Lightroom on the old PC

I would like to have my account for photoshop lightroom 5 deactivated, because I have changed computer and couldn´t deactivate it because the old PC was damaged. I understand it has to be deactivated before I can install it on my new computer. I have got a serial number but the activation is impossible because this number was already used with my old PC.
