    Cancellation fee & auto renewal

      I cancelled my subscription unaware of the £109 charge that I was about to receive, due to the fact my £15 a month contact jumped to £23 a month. I instantly spoke to adobe and the man told me that he would re start my subscription on the £15 contract and waive my £109 fee ... THIS WAS 9 DAYS AGO! Everyday i've spoke to an Adobe member and all I get told is ' you issue has been escalted to out relevant team and you refund will be granted in 24 hours ' YET NOTHING IS GETTING DONE. I'm absolutely furious with this situation now, it's a lot of money. Adobe are very quick to take the money but ignore you when your in the right for a return.
