I'm signed up for the free trial of Adobe Stock to get a few pictures for a class and to see how it worked. I never used it after the first two days I had it, downloading maybe 3 images. With class being crazy I never canceled and was charged the following month. I went to cancel and apparently I'm in a year subscription and it's asking $160 to cancel the membership. I spoke to Customer Support and they said they couldn't help me. I can't afford this and it is literally insane I'm expected to pay this for a service I used maybe twice and have no use for in the future. Any help?
I appreciate the response but I posted in the forums to make my frustration public as chat was unhelpful as I was stuck getting the same script typed to me over and over.
I can't afford to keep this subscription that I didn't intend to have roll over into a year and I just want to cancel it.
